An overview of your benefits
• Use the camera function to send us your invoices and documents and avoid sending it by post
• Manage your health data, e.g. your vaccination certificate, your medical ID, or your plan of medication in “My medical record” and get reminded of taking your medicine or or vaccine appointment
• Chat quick and easy with our INTER customer service by using the “Messenger”
• Use your digital mailbox for invoices and documents
• Find helpful links for claim notifications or change of contract details with the menu item “services”

• Download “My INTER” App for free
• Register and activate the account
• Login start to explore!

Important hints:
• An existing insurance contract with the INTER Insurance group is the requirement for using the app
• A one-time registration with your email is required to for using the app
• Smartphones starting with iOS 12 are being supported, for capturing invoices the camera requires at least 8 MP
